Cheryl Nickel is an environmental artist with a Master’s Degree in landscape architecture, Cornell University. Environmental work includes design/build community arts and landscape projects in parks and schools in New York, New Mexico, Hawaii, California. She has exhibited installations and sculptures in various media. Awards include five NY State Council Arts Grants for design/planning, Cornell Creative and Performing Arts Grant, SDSU Foundation/Price Charities, Lowe’s Community Grant.
